How far in advance should we book for a church retreat?
For multi-day retreats and trips, we recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (spring and summer). For recurring Sunday shuttles, contact us at least 2 weeks before your desired start date.
Can you accommodate wheelchair users and members with mobility challenges?
Absolutely. We have ADA-accessible vehicles with wheelchair lifts and priority seating. Just let us know your accessibility needs when requesting a quote and we'll match you with the right vehicle.
What size bus do you recommend for a typical church group?
It depends on your group size! Our 12-15 passenger minibuses work great for small groups and committees. For Sunday shuttles and mid-size events, our 24-passenger shuttles are popular. For large retreats and conferences, our 35-56 passenger coaches offer the most comfort.
Do your drivers wait with the bus during our event?
For day trips, your driver stays with the bus and is available whenever you need to depart. For multi-day trips, we coordinate driver schedules to ensure someone is always available for your group's transportation needs.
