Common Questions

16-26 Passenger Bus Rental FAQ

How much does a 20-passenger bus rental cost?

Most 16-26 passenger rentals start around $150/hour with a 3-hour minimum for local trips. Long-distance and multi-day charters are quoted by the mile and day. Contact us for an exact price based on your trip details.

Is a 20-passenger bus better than two vans?

Usually, yes. A single bus with one professional driver is safer, cheaper, and easier to coordinate than multiple vehicles. Your group stays together, arrives together, and you only deal with one booking.

Can I use this bus for a multi-day trip?

Absolutely — our mid-size shuttles are regularly used for 2-4 day trips across Florida and the Southeast. Multi-day pricing includes the driver's accommodations and all driving time.

Do these buses have a bathroom on board?

Most vehicles in the 16-26 range do not have on-board restrooms. For trips over 2 hours, we'll plan rest stops along the route. If a restroom is essential, consider our 27-41 or 42+ coaches which have on-board options.
